1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The request must be sent from the email address associated with your NexCard account.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@nexcard.co.za with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account details. No explanation is required, though your feedback is always appreciated to help us improve.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
